We specialize in tax planning, help formalize business and personal plans, and act as board members to assist in decision making.
We are located in the Baltimore/Harford County area and serve the needs of clients across the region and the country. We also serve areas far south as Florida and manage transient clients who travel throughout the United States.

Catherine Bott
Owner
Catherine “Cathy” Bott is the owner of Bott Tax & Accounting. She is a licensed CPA with over 30 years of experience. She has extensive experience with small business accounting and tax compliance services to corporations, partnerships, LLCs, sole-proprietors, non-profits, and individuals.
Cathy earned her B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting Specialization from the University of Baltimore. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Carie Rossi
Enrolled Agent
Carie Rossi is an Enrolled Agent with over 15 years of experience. She has experience in bookkeeping services, payroll, and tax compliance services to corporations, partnerships, LLCs, sole-proprietors, non-profits and individuals.
Carie started in the accounting office of a local builder before branching out into public accounting. Carie works closely with all clients, assisting them in all areas of need.
